Welcome to Phoenix Legionnaires. This alliance is made by oxford22. The alternate founder is ArShark.
We are based on Oceans 44, 45, and 46 which is located in the North-West.

We are a war-based alliance. You must be active to join. I do a kick every week, meaning each week i will look and kick the inactive unless you have a good reason to be inactive.
Rules
- Inactive is not allowed.
- Must have a minimum of 300 points as for now.
- No racism and flaming.
- No starting random wars without permission from S1 and Battalion Commander of your ocean.
- Do not ask for position if you know they are not opened anymore. First come first served.
- Do not ask for a position if you don't know what your doing.
- Do not do random pacts with other alliances.
- Do not join if your not in the North-West.
- If we give you power of mass message. Do not spam random crap.
- If we give you power to invite, do not invite people outside of North-West.
- If you want a merge, join us. If you want us to merge with you, then screw off.
