If after yo log on, you can`t tell you are not in your alliance, pay attention then

Its not that bad. It was a honest attempt at a idea.

I agree with the idea, but it should say who kicked you! I have witnessed players get into other alliances (eg: 2nd account holders) whom then buddy up with founder then when given permissions from a founder that player kicks out the entire alliance just for kicks.
Players that are removed from that allowance should be able to know that it was that person and not someone else that kicked them.
In these situations knowing whom kicked you is very important.
