i am unable to build Special Buildings i was using explorer and i cleared the cash it wasnt working so i down loaded chrome and im still unable to build the special i keep getting the below script error message and help please

This is something we've reported already, but you should be able to clear your cache and cookies and build them.

nope did that already didnt help i even down loaded a new copy of chrome freash no cookies cashs any thing and still cant build them using that
