Proposal: to show a cities individual troop movements in the city pop up window
Reason: the drop down list is useless and the admin commands list is confusing to use when you have a bunch on inbound attacks to multiple cities, i find its better used for co-ordinating attacks or quickly locating a city thats under attack before using the city page to discover which are cs's and what to just dodge
