So over the last few months i have been keeping an eye on when the age of wonders will come for Pi and it's gone from about 9 months to 1 month in the space of 2 months or so, surely the requirements for the age of wonders should stay the same and should not be made to go faster and faster each month.
This now means that we get alot less game time than alot of the other worlds have had, not to mention we also get less time in the first place because alliances can grow faster as it's the fastest world around. (we picked speed 3 for a fast game play not a fast end-game!).
I know grepolis wants to close down these old worlds as soon as possible and keep opening new ones to keep that old pot of gold going but i do find this to be very unfair.
Even with this new scheme where it now goes down to the last 600 or so players of a world it seems many of the first worlds are already close to that number, again not made easier by the fact registration has been closed to them.....
So can a moderator of a senior position get back to this thread and post a reply that isn't of the automated sheet and tell me:
1. Why the age of wonders gets faster and faster to come making less and less time on newer worlds. (top players on epsilon got well over 200 cities on a speed 2 world while players on Pi are on just over a hundred cities).
2. Why the averages aren't different for different speed worlds as it makes it unfair on higher speed worlds.
3. Why (last time i checked) registration to older worlds is closed.
4. Why there is an obsession with opening new worlds when there are already plenty of good old ones to go around! I've joined old worlds late into their life and still managed fine.
Now we all know that i'm not the best player around but i'm sure everyone will agree with me that no-one wants to lose an empire that they've been working on for a year or two years in some cases. Rather than breathing new life into old worlds you have just opened up new worlds with the same old settings + or - morale or alliance numbers....
