Too aggressive to play war game

Hey all, I've been playing this game for past 14 years staring in en.06 (zeta), top attacker of en.60 in 2013, and more maps that I can possible name or remember them all.

In entier time of playing this game, being aggressive player specially in conquest worlds was encouraged and was right play to best of my understanding (kill enemy offensive troops at their cities than face them at yours), With that mentality and game play I never never once was accused to be too aggressive to play the game as I find it nonsense when nature of game is war and not sim city.

After years of absence I have returnee to play and time and time again (3 times within a week I was banned for allegedly too aggressive) technical term for brach of game rules were breach of fair game rules which happened ti be 2 sentences long (use wicky and select rules, look for fair play definition (dont be disrespectful and dont usecuty name which migt be offensive to an iindividual or group of people and their believes)

I have asked community manager who banned me about what was my wriong doing, it went unanswered, asked where can I find rules regard to what rule have I broken, it went unanswered, asked to speak with another Inno game staff my request was outright denied.

so here I am positing my very first question in hope of getting help from community to what I have done wrong incase rules of engamgment have changed. where can I find articles explaining what is the definition or limitation to avoid being accused for too aggressive to play.

And incase questioning Inno game staff about their authority to refuse answering to legitimate question one may have that might not be to liking of those who have absolute power to dictate their will without system in check to report abusive behavior, is there a way to report individual for such behavior or yes sir, thank you sir, np problem sir is what is suggested by community to deal with abusive behavior.

Im writing this with full knowladge of getting permanently banned from game which once resembled a game. I will apologize incase my assumption to be proven wrong (simple article will do) but will not take blame for not knowing asking to learn and not be guided by community manager inorder avoid being too aggressive to play.

I look forward to learn from community about my ignorance on subject I have brought up.

grepolis want to prevent the remaining 500 active players from leaving. You attack them, they get mad, leave game, no money for inno. It was no issue before because i'm here too since 2010 and i remember new worlds had like 15-20k players.

This here is the real problem. You call it spam, complain about it and make mods punish aggressive players such as TAFTG. Real spam are those guys sending low pop attacks or pings continuously just to annoy you, make you quit or retaliate. Aggressive players should be rewarded and lets start using the word "spam" for what it is meant for. Mods will never give you a concrete definition of what you can and can't do as they themselves dont know what is right and wrong. It is too subjective!

For TAFTG, they will never say it but the rough guidelines that mods go by is that you shouldn't exceed 40 low pop attacks in a 24 hour period at the same player and definitely avoid ping spamming. Anything less than that, if you get a warning or a ban is just that corrupt mod protecting his mate.

That's exactly what she did.

She pinged spammed with low pop attacks to players I know - that is literally "spam" 101.

She did it & was handed suspensions for it.

I was told I attacked a person too many times in short spam of time which I don't deny the fact. I did but I did it for purpose of catching his catapults which he earlier used to demolish my city without gaining anything in return. His own ally informed me that this player soul purpose of playing this game is to troll people, get them to attack him and report it as spam attacks. He was demolishing my city which only noobs thing is beneficial to research and skip temp looting instead. thats what he done.

If you wish ti see reports I can go over 120 pages which hasn't ben deleted in pat two weeks and I intend to delete old post (not vise but suit my needs) and provide you with what took place during his around the clock attack and as you know cats are slow moving troop so he didn't waste a second to demolish city with absolutely nothing to gain but to set one up to cam back and try to take out his cats (total preemptive setup with one goal in mind). And as who decide if my attack was to keep people up at night, I was under impression we play in international server with no night defense bounce. Phone apps were not introduced till mid 2012 or early 2013. It was addition to game to make people more addict to it and never was meant as tool to actually play the game as individual with app can turn alarm off if it bothers him/her so no excuse on that front or accusing people with smap attacks,

And as for how decide enemy they have hard time to contain to be judged by those who wish him dead, I suggested this to community manager to approch Fifal or premium league with their brilliant idea allowing home team in Darby match call penalties red cards and so on. Just see how it will work out by end of the match (Man U vs Man C should good one to try this method of selecting ref)

you guys know what green color resort means, it means no lose of troops. what was to gain when I was at office keeping my client informed about the job I was hire to do. My phone was on silence, RL has always come first not even demolishing getting ganged up by 3 alliances, getting rimed would've matter. ff I cant handle it, there is alway delete account option in settings.

thats what I do when I go bp hunting. sending 40 LS attack to island with positive wood negative rock and normal silver production indiscremently to any city that is not green or blue.

I do it with intend to find those how are not online, have LS to turn into BP and do it often when I have LS nuke sitting more than it should be. thats an attack that has purpose behind it and it. to cach sittig doc LS city and get the most out of it. If it not obvious attack with purpose to play the gam with strategy behind it that attack where there is nothing to gain from other than framing someone to be forced to defend him/her self and when its forced to do so be reported as spam attacking with ref be the opposite team sound right to you, game has changed in ways Im stranger to once were appraised for being most aggressive player before age of gold. No that person became spammer. i would be ashamed to reveal my identity if thats was the case.

At least I can speak for my self, my allies who do not speak English do not have this luxury but somehow are in top 10 attacker of server.

I thought I had 700 unopened reports, its more like 920, and to make matter more interesting. community manager suggests they are simply casts, arrival of support and anything other than being ponded by enemy in short period of time. No complaint on my side, only brought it up to find out whats the limit per day I can attack people in sarcastic manner in respond to (not sure how to describe his response)

In what universe it okay to take player off the game when he/she has wet cs trying to time escort for cs before allowing him to respond to accusation made against him?

HC is an attack, so yes it can be considered spam.

You're known to flash ping & spam players.

You got stonehailed & lost your mental, thus resulting in your suspension.

there is a 'spirit' to the game.
i attack a player actually like Kroqq maybe once a day, if he/she comes on i 90% cancel and try another player. if i catch off and they have 4-5 other cities close by i will attack them. if the 2,3,4 ping gets them on i cancel. im not trying to spoil peoples enjoyment. sending 100s of attacks from hours away indiscriminately is you using that word to justify it.
some players may try this on the same player 2-3 times a day. i personally wouldnt call that spam, its just not what i do. however if you start doing this every hour i would. as others have said it is very subjective

Completely agree with you there,
No point losing troops killing militia unless one is or don't know any better.
Unlikely to gain any resources or loot temp when opponent knows the unspoken rule (dont bother, im online by sending counter attack, I send support instead to avoid showing what I have or send DLU for heck of it)

Sending attacks in game fast speeding works which take anymore than 15 min tt to land is ify for me to try let alone spending attack hours away from target. (Common sense to those who know the game)

I take things even farther and consider this me revealing tactics I rather not share but for sake of argument, I allow enemy kill my troops (small portion) to bait them come back in larger force to milk bp off them without letting them know what took place there.

As I mentioned im not new to this game, old timer who prefer hustling for res and build troops as once was the case just out of enjoyment one gets knowing while others by troops I still can out play them using knocked of the game, being active, knowing hot to loot properly specially on servers with active moral and build nukes old fashion way.

Its sad to see getting banned for illegitimate accusations. Inno game cant possible expect people play with any sort of gamesmanship, but is Inno game fault entirely to take word of one individual who cry wolf with history doing so and not give the accused with clean record for over 14 years of playing chance to provide evidence if it applicable or explain his/her action and motive for alleged wrong doing.

And to top it off there is no possible excuse to not answer one's question about matter he's been accuse for breaching rules asking where he/she can find more information on matter with intend to learn and not repeat same mistake twice.

I have oppenly asked Community Manger participate in this thread and provide any and all evidence about what I am saying not being true. Still await for him to find time and go over records to inform community of my wrong doing.

I have not asked my enemy for permission to post or share PM without having his consent. therefore I have blocked some parts which he/she might not approver to be posted and hidden his identity. My respond wasn't out of fear for braking rules or any wrong doing, it simply act of decency which no longer has value which I do not care but car enough to be a good sport regardless of considering future out come of my decision.
