I need a avatar simliar to the one I have now just cooler looking! I need it to kinda be like hiding and evil looking!

GFX etiquette-
1. Asking for work in multiple shops.
Unless you are going to be using each and every tag/item requested, don't requested in multiple shops. Having something spend their personal time on something for you to simply say no too is rather disrespectful. I understand saying that you dislike a piece, but in that case you should be explaining why to the artist and then having them fix it. It will help them learn, as well. You should be choosing an artist to do work for you based on their style, something closest to what you're looking for, anyway.

So ask to only person at a time,if don't like his/her work then ask him to redo and suggest changes.If the artist fails to make one then cancel you request there and then move on to another.
