Not going to say to much just post some reports.

same player, same city.

His alliance team mates sent some superb nukes but then he followed them up with these very poor attempts,
I suppose persistence may work for him, without him losing very much (only his team) gotta love a team player!

I do not want to mention names but rumour is, he is the most handsome grepo legend around,

which I doubt as I know I am the most handsome :cool:

Hard to say without context if there is anything unusual about these, but I really don't think so. Many people send multiple CS with light attacks hoping to avoid snipes and sneak at least one in and take the city. Also with purification, it can be really annoying if you only send 1 CS and spend lots of time with clearing attacks and then you get sea stormed without a backup CS.

3 colony ships with a total of 18 light ship escorts,
and you don't see anything strange?

possibly just me, that thinks it is strange then?

Not strange if you think you are going to clear the city with you clearing attacks. It isn't what I typically do, but depending on city proximity may have needed to send them all from that city. Maybe it was just relatively expensive decoys? Hard to know for sure, but like him or not, I'm pretty sure Erik knows how to conquer a city.

Graeme,the fact you are total noob and has not seen before minimal cs attempts for the reason Ryan explained does not mean you can come here to spit on him:d
if you think minimal cs attempts are noobish maybe I should post 4 cs escorted with biremes from one of your fellows?
as for gold abuse-ask greckolis etc to explain the manti nukes:d

Nothing is wrong with those attacks mate.Ofc we don`t have the full picture but to land a CS you only need 1 LS

I think there's still a thing called freedom of speech, isn't there? Whether the cs attempts could be explained or not Graeme has every right to post on here if he wants to.

Now, to get into detail, trying to sneak in a cs with minimal escort? Sure, that's simply a tactic some people like to use. Trying to send 5 cs's all from the same city all with hardly any units whatsoever seems a bit odd to me. If there's some secret bug on grepo where you get the city for free every 5th cs you send at a city please do inform us about it. But let's be real now, if you're planning on taking a city at least make sure one of your cs's has more than 10ls.

Are you sure you even want to bring up the gold abuse? I'm sure every alliance has a few gold users, that's simply part of the game. Very rarely have I seen someone use as much gold as Erik though. I'm sure the rankings of this event will show who has the most gold abusing people in their alliance. And for some weird reason I am tempted to believe it won't be us.

I agree with this, I love the Erinys for same island attacks which I believe some legend has copied since the revolting of his cities, now there is a Eriny nuke every 12 hours hitting us from him, thank god this egg thing is over, the game hopefully can go to a more even game.

I suppose everyone plays the game differently, I was probably on a high yesterday watching all those colonies 5 in total crash, had a few beers etc, (don't get many kicks these days it's my age)
I still do not think it is a good idea to send such small quantities of light ships to escort a colony ship, knowing the player is very active, online, but each to there own I suppose. (I am only a noob not a grepo legend)

The bireme escort for colony, Erik own cheer leader, I saw them :) not good!

greck gold spending? he finished behind me in the mythical hen and I was around 15th in total ranking, so no prize.

does anyone know if the rankings will be published?

Surely everyone has the right to discredit himself,:D
Minimal cs attempt are common everywhere,nothing wrong with it;)
For the same player to send 4 cs escorted(partly) with biremes is not,lol

I always used to send a cs with a lot of ls (min 100) and find I can now have the spell removed and be sea-stormed.

Someone sent a cs with 30 ls - and I was ready with my daily reward, a favour bonus and a full clip of favour and could I sink that cs :supermad:

Seems you can't get your cs seastormed if you only have a light cs lead now - so maybe it isn't so silly as we may think :heh:

like we know in % the 36-38 ls escort dont let the cs sink via spelles...
best way if you hold up the city protection on you city where you lounched the cs,,, you dont need to be worriye at all...
