Certainly in world Zancle and for more than 1 player..
On islands with all farming villages at level 6 and with Diplomacy researched then the returns should be on a 40 min demand done through the Captain 664 of each res. What we are receiving is only 576 res. We have only noticed this since the last update a day or so ago.
