F.A.P.
We are highly specific in who we recruit. We only have awesome people. Ingame, we will be very aggressive, powerful, and 'awesome'. We will have 3 squads that will do missions/conquers together. Sqaud F, A, and P. We will have a Skype chat room. Our main goal is to conquer ALL of Ocean 55.
My Experience:
I know that some of you think I make premades too often, and I suck at leading. But not in F.A.P.. I will make sure F.A.P. succeeds whether it takes over my life or not. Whether I get trolled like crazy or not. Whether I lose half of my members or not. F.A.P. will succeed. Anyway, I have led countless alliances (most failed instantly, but some made it for a while). I do confess that every alliance I have made has failed. But, as long as my members believe in me and I don't give up (which I won't), we will go far together.

We will be awesome in the next world that: 1. Fits most/all of the settings we want. 2. Our members want to join. AND 3. Doesn't interfere with any other premeds that my members are in. (people, we are not joining Chi!)
Recruitment:
I will accept anyone who is awesome and aggressive and is on the forum. You must apply, though, unless I have asked you to join, or you are a close friend.

Squads:
Our alliance will have a system of squads. Here they are.
-F- Squad: This will be the 'elite' squad, which will be for taking down massive amounts of cities/enemies. There will be about 10-15 people in this one.
-A- Squad: This will be a squad of support and attack, which means that they will: support all/any alliance member(s) against CS attacks and they will do what the -F- Squad does.
-P- Squad: This squad is for support and 'dirty work'. They will do spy missions, support like -A- Squad, take out VIPs, etc.
